What Will Be Deleted

Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your character or any progress.

How to Request Account Deletion

Important: You need to send the email from the same email address that is associated with the account you want to delete.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
